Mix the entire pack of spice mix with 1/2 cup of milk to make a paste. Deep fry Paneer till golden brown color and put in cold water & keep aside. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan. Add tomato puree or finely chopped tomatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add spice mix paste and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add fried Paneer cubes, 1 to 1 and a half cup of water and cook further for 2-3 minutes. garnish and serve hot with phulka or naan.
